1. Fashion Design Reproduction Orders (Custom-Made Items)

  • Refunds are not accepted once the reproduction or custom design process has started.

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to material unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

2. Booking Services (Braids or Alteration)

  • Refunds may be issued if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund.

3. Service Errors or Mistakes

  • If you receive a service or product different from what you ordered, or if there is a fault on our part, please contact us within 48 hours. We will offer a correction, exchange, or full refund where applicable.


🔄 Return Policy

1. Ready-Made Fashion Products

  • You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order if:

    • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

    • You notify us via email with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Custom or Altered Items

  • Items that have been custom-designed or altered (e.g., resized, hemmed, restyled) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear defect or error in workmanship on our end.
