1. Fashion Design Reproduction Orders (Custom-Made Items)

Refunds are not accepted once the reproduction or custom design process has started.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to material unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
2. Booking Services (Braids or Alteration)

Refunds may be issued if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund.
3. Service Errors or Mistakes

If you receive a service or product different from what you ordered, or if there is a fault on our part, please contact us within 48 hours. We will offer a correction, exchange, or full refund where applicable.

1. Ready-Made Fashion Products

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

You notify us via email with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Custom or Altered Items

Items that have been custom-designed or altered (e.g., resized, hemmed, restyled) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear defect or error in workmanship on our end.
